Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100 % happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 14 days from receiving your purchase.

Please present your order receipt & number as well as the reason for your return request. Our customer support team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

After 14 days, we are sorry to say that we cannot offer you a refund.

Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, and documentation.

Returned items must be returned in the same status that we sent it to you unused by any mean. If the status of the Product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition, we have the right not to refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized aren’t eligible for refund or exchange 

Returns made without receipt may be refused. Kitchenta reserves the right to deny any return.

This policy sets forth the entire contract between Kitchenta and the Purchaser. Kitchenta is referred to as We, Us and Our, and the Purchaser, as You and Your. No representation, promise or condition herein shall modify these terms.

  • You can cancel your purchase order up until the moment that it’s shipped – after that, it’s a return within the permitted period according to your country.
  • Make sure to inspect the item for damage before accepting it from the carrier.
  • For any products, the drop shipper should open the dispute three days after received, After three days you have no right to complain.
  • Make sure to send us photos of the damaged item to prove damage along with the order receipt.
  • If the order had arrived at the nearest office to the buyer and is pending because of the incorrect or unclear address, your order shall be returned after three days of its arrival & you be charged for return fees. will provide a full refund for any for the following cases

Delayed Orders

If orders are not found, In transit, pending, expired with more than 30 days (counting from the date you send the payment to

For the rest of the world a refund will be eligible if:

  • If you check the tracking number, and it doesn’t show any information 
  • If you received an alert regarding the delay of order due to shipping issues, then you may have to wait to receive it.   

Damaged Orders will provide a full refund/replacement if:

  • Orders arrived damaged.
  • The order arrived damaged, and the customer doesn’t want a replacement. 
  • To request a Refund, Please provide include a photo demonstrating the specific damaged area of them or poor quality
  • The most flawless pictures are on a flat surface, with the order receipt, tag, and error clearly displayed.

Bad Quality will carefully check all items before shipping them out. To ensure product quality & accuracy, however, if customers still complain about products received, such as imperfections like bad sewing, incorrect size/color, parts missing, not working, etc. you are eligible for a refund.

Delivery Countries Limits

Because of international shipping ability limits, some countries have delivery and shipping issues.

Please note if you are shipping to one of the countries below, Kitchenta will not accept any dispute about delivery once the order dispatched to countries below

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay.

Please note that some products are much bigger than their weight, and freight companies will charge the shipping based on volume of your order instead of weight. Usually, the orders weight over 2kg, and volume exceed will have this issue. In this case, we will have to charge you by the volume of shipping costs.

The refund will not be accepted at the cases below
  • The buyer does not like or isn’t like what he had in mind.
  • The buyer ordered the wrong items or SKU.
  • The shipping address provided incorrectly.

Requirements for a valid procedure

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Original packaging.
  • Include all manuals & accessories that came with the purchase. If that is not the case, the return order will not be accepted.

Once your product is retrieved, we will start a quality check to be able to determine the cause and reason for the return.

If the quality check is accepted, we will refund you right away according to your requested refund method.

We will email you an alert of receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or not. If it got approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment or to your credit card within a certain amount of days.


  • All returns are quality checked – products should be returned in an unused condition.
  • If the returns criteria are not met fully, we may refuse the return.
  • If the Product you want to return is either sold out or not available, you will have to return your product, within the 14 days after the delivery, and place a new order when it becomes in stock or available once again.
  • Time may vary depending on where you live.
  • If we suspect a return to be abusive or repetitive, we have the right to refuse the return order & limit your purchases.
  • This contract does not cover repairs made by anyone other than an authorized service provider. This would include any unauthorized alterations made by You to the Product.
  • We will not pay for adjustments or repairs required because of conditions at your location.

We only accept returns within a period of 14 days subject to Terms and conditions for defective products from the delivery date on the receipt. After the 30 days has passed, we advise you to contact the manufacturer if the product has a warranty.

How long will my refund take?

A normal refund cycle takes up to 21 days; that’s 14 days from you returning your order, us processing it, followed by seven days for it to make its way through the banking system, but this is dependent on your bank processing time.

We’ll always keep you updated and send you an email to confirm that your parcel has been sent back to our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be refunded to you by the original method of payment or your credit card within a certain amount of days according to your country and bank.

Late Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, make sure to contact your credit card company/Bank, it might take some time before your refund is successfully posted. It may take time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled only before it’s shipped or processed ,therefore you can have a full refund if there’s an eligible reason for cancellation.
