- Check the quantity and click on “Add to Cart”.
- Click on ‘Continue Shopping’ if you wish to continue shopping or click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ if you are done shopping.
- Fill in your details and click “Continue to shipping method”.
- Check your details and click on “Continue to payment method”.
- Enter your payment details & click on “Complete order”.

How long will it take to get my items?

Your credit card information such as name, number or CVV is never stored on our website or servers. We only store a payment “token” (it’s an order number generated by the processor), this token allows us to charge your card automatically for any future orders.
How do I know that an item is in stock?
If we have the item you are searching for then you will see “in stock” under the price.
What’s your return and refund policy? What if I received the wrong/damaged product?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the unopened item within 30 days with your receipt. Kitchenta will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount through the same method of payment as the original payment has been made.

The refund takes from 3-7 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
